


Any persons/organisations hiring our inflatables are responsible/liable for any damage or injuries occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use. Persons using the inflatables do so at their own risk. These guidelines are for the safety of all persons using the inflatables, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the inflatables and understand that they as the hirer will be charged in full for any cleaning or repair costs. We/our company cannot accept responsibility for any damage or injury to anyone using the equipment however caused.
Hire Agreement and Disclaimer for Bouncy Castles
1) The inflatables have an age limit which is specified on the castles description
and will be confirmed on the hire agreement. This is due to safety, manufacturing
and insurance reasons therefore please ensure no-
2) A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable at all times.
3) All shoes, badges, jewellery, etc. MUST be removed, it is also recommended that spectacles are removed.
4) No food or drinks to be consumed on the inflatables (to avoid choking & mess)

6) Water fights are fun but do not allow water near the electric blower.
7) No smoking, fires or BBQ’s near the inflatables
8) Climbing, hanging or sitting on the walls is DANGEROUS and must not be allowed
9) Ensure that the inflatable is not overcrowded, and limit the numbers depending on age and size of children using it. If the children are colliding into each other then it is too crowded.
10) Try to avoid large children and small children from using the inflatable at the same time. Some children require strict supervision.

12) Do not allow anyone to bounce on the step. The step is there to help users get on and off.
13) Do not allow users to be on the unit during inflation or deflation. Never switch the blower on and off whilst the inflatable is in use.
14) In the event of heavy rain, switch off the blower and do not use the inflatable. Once the rain stops any wetness, including bubbling can be dried with a towel.
15) The blower has a safety “cut out” mechanism if it overheats, if this occurs, switch off at the mains, and then switch it back on again 1 or 2 minutes later and it should restart. If it does not, or there is a power cut, inform us IMMEDIATELY.
16) Ensure that the vent on the side of the blower is kept clear at all times.
17) If the inflatable fails for whatever reason, evacuate immediately to prevent injury and contact us.
18) Please remember if the castle is dirty or damaged when collected the hirer is liable for the full repair or cleaning costs.
