

1. How do I book?
The preferred method is by telephoning us or alternatively you can email us.
2. How much notice do I have to give for a booking?
You can book anytime however bookings get very busy so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Alternatively you can contact us on the day as we may have availability.
3. How much does it cost?
Prices for bouncy castles start from £45, see our inflatables page for full details, with our garden games from only £3 (these can only be hired with a bouncy castle)
4. What do the prices include?
All bouncy castle booking prices include local delivery, a small charge may be required for out of area deliveries, (please contact us for delivery rates). You will receive a ground sheet, a blower, 25M extension cables with circuit breaker, sand bags, safety mats and of course the bouncy. castle.
5. Do you set up the equipment?
Yes. This gives both us and the customer peace of mind that the inflatable is setup correctly and safely. You will also receive advice on how to use the equipment safely. Once the equipment is setup it must be checked regularly but must not be moved by the hirer.
6. How is the blower unit powered?
The blower is powered by normal domestic mains. It costs approximately 15/20p per hour to run (depending on your tariff). If there is no suitable power outlet within 25M of the castle, we can supply a generator for an extra charge. (Please note, generators must be booked in advance and require a refundable deposit which will be collected on delivery)
7. When are your bouncy castles available?
Our castles are available 7 days a week all year round including bank holidays. We reserve the right to only accept indoor hire only for out of season bookings.
8. How long do I get the equipment for?
We understand some customers may have halls/venues booked for certain times of the
day, therefore we are flexible with our delivery and collection times. Normal delivery
is between 10-

10. Do I have to pay a deposit?
No deposit is required for bouncy castle hire but a refundable deposit is required for generators this will be collected on delivery and refunded when collected damage free and in tact.
11. How do I pay?
Payment is cash on delivery, sorry we do not accept debit/credit card or cheque payments.
12. What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel at anytime, all we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible.
13. What if it is raining on the day of the hire?
Although our castles have shower covers, due to health and safety it is not recommended to use bouncy castles and associated electrical equipment in heavy rain or windy weather, therefore, if on the day of hire you decide you want to cancel due to bad weather we totally understand. If the weather is borderline, we will contact you to see if you still want to go ahead with your booking. If the unit is delivered and there is no rain at the time of delivery, payment will still be due. We reserve the right to cancel bookings at short notice due to bad weather conditions as this is to ensure the safety of our customers.
14. Can the bouncy castles be set up on a slope?
For health and safety reasons this is not recommended.
15. How long does it take to setup/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?
The bouncy castles take approximately 20 minutes to set up and pack away. However this is only an estimate, times may vary depending on which castle you hire.
16. How much space is needed?
We ask that you allow min of 2 feet at either side of the castle for access to anchoring points and 4 feet at the back for the blower. We also advise that you allow approximately 4 feet at the front of the castle for our safety mats and to ensure people can safely climb on and off the castle. Please make sure that all garden items such as garden toys , swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish, sharp stones, pet items/pooh etc. are removed from the area where the castle is to be sited.
17. Do you supply the safety instructions?
Yes we provide detailed safety instructions with every hire.
18. Are you insured?
Yes, We hold public liability insurance. Please note, public liability insurance only covers the hirer against loss, damage or injury caused by inappropriate or unsafe setup or faulty equipment. It does not protect against loss, damage or injury caused through either negligent/reckless use of the equipment, or altering any aspect of the setup after delivery or through normal use where accidents occur.
